As much as I enjoy high-end beauty, I do love a good drugstore dupe. This one is especially great since it appears to be just about similar to the coveted Clarins Instant Lip Perfectors, the most non-sticky, easy to wear lipglosses on the market.
The Catrice Beautifying Lip Smoothers are exactly the same, from their squeezy tube and flocked applicator packaging to the vanilla scent and light texture of the product.
While the color range is somewhat different, these offer the exact same benefits as the Clarins glosses at a fraction of the price. The Catrice gloss in not sticky at all, goes onto the lips smoothly and leaves a gorgeous sheen with a sheer, subtle amount of color.
The color I chose is Coffee To Go, a beautiful dark nude with a hint of rose and brown that is perfectly on trend and a great everyday color. While the longevity is not astounding, it does wear off evenly and offers a good amount of hydration in the meantime.
If your were thinking about trying the Clarins offering, make sure to check these out first. I usually opt for a matte lip, but these might have just converted me into a gloss-lover.
